The following professional regulations apply: Gesetz über die Kammern für Heilberufe Sachsen-Anhalt (KGHB-LSA, Saxony-Anhalt Act on the Chambers for Healthcare Professions), Gesetz über die Ausübung der Zahnheilkunde (ZHG, Dental Practice Act), the professional code of the Saxony-Anhalt Dental Association, and the Gebührenordnung für Zahnärzte (GOZ, the official fee schedule for dentists). Consumer Dispute Resolution Procedure
In relation to an obligation under Sections 36 and 37 of the Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz (German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act), we inform our patients as follows: our practice is not obliged to take part in out-of-court dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and does not take part in any such proceedings.
