2. The Essentials in Brief
This careers website works without tracking, without advertising cookies and without any content from third-party providers. Fonts, images and videos are hosted on our own server. No connection is made to Google, Meta/Facebook, Wistia or other services, unless you click on a relevant link yourself (for example, to our social media profiles or to get directions).
3. Hosting and Server Log Files
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany (data processing agreement under Art. 28 DSGVO (GDPR)). When the site is accessed, technically necessary data is processed in server log files (IP address, date and time, file accessed, browser and operating system, referrer). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO (GDPR) (secure and trouble-free operation). The log files are deleted after no more than 7 days.
4. Cookies
This website does not set any cookies and does not use any local storage in your browser. A cookie notice is therefore not required.
5. Applications via the Form
If you apply via a form on this website, we process the details you provide (first name, last name, email address, phone number, availability, work experience, the position chosen, and any documents you optionally upload, such as your CV or references) solely to carry out the application process. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) DSGVO in conjunction with Section 26 BDSG (decision on establishing an employment relationship). Where you voluntarily share special categories of personal data (for example, information about health or a severe disability), processing is based on Art. 9(2)(b) DSGVO.
Transmission is encrypted (TLS). The form sends your details as an email to our practice inbox; application data is not stored permanently on the web server. You will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt at the email address you provide. Only the people at our practice involved in the application process have access to applications. Your data is not passed on to third parties.
Storage period: If no employment relationship results, we will delete your application data no later than six months after the process has been completed, unless you have explicitly given us permission, via the optional selection on the form, to keep your application on file for future vacancies (in which case, for up to 12 months; legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) DSGVO). You can withdraw this consent at any time with future effect by emailing kontakt@zahnarzt-weissenfels.com. If you are hired, the data will be transferred to your personnel file.
Submitting the form does not require your consent to data processing; processing to carry out the application procedure is based on the legal grounds stated above. By submitting it, you are merely confirming that you have read and acknowledged this information.
6. Getting in Touch by Email or Phone
If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The data is deleted once your enquiry has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.
7. Embedded Videos
The videos on this website are delivered from our own server. No data is sent to video platforms when they are played.
8. Links to Social Media Profiles and Map Services
The website contains only links to our Instagram profile and to route planning on Google Maps. You only leave our website once you click on such a link; from that point on, the privacy provisions of the respective provider apply. No data is transferred automatically to these providers when you simply visit our page.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 DSGVO), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection to processing carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, please use the contact details given above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; the one responsible is the Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz Sachsen-Anhalt (State Commissioner for Data Protection, Saxony-Anhalt), Otto-von-Guericke-Straße 34a, 39104 Magdeburg.
