Our practice was built to the latest standards and reflects the current state of the art. Our patients benefit from modern diagnostics and have access to the newest treatment options. Our high-tech equipment considerably expands the possibilities of modern dentistry and allows us to move into a new dimension of care.

Mistakes and setbacks are first discussed one-to-one, and shared solutions for all issues are then worked out together in the team meeting.

The Zahnkompetenzzentrum has been growing steadily for years. We are extending the premises, expanding the treatment and technical areas and bringing new procedures into the practice. That is why we are permanently looking for people who want to grow with us — not only when a position happens to become vacant.

Once we've received your application, we'll start checking your documents and get back to you within 48–72 hours.
Step 2
Personal Conversation
Afterwards, we'll arrange an in-person get-to-know-you meeting at our practice, to see whether we're a good fit for each other.
Step 3
Trial day
The trial day is simply part of how we do things – it is not an offer but a fixed component of the process. You see how we really work – and our team sees how you work. Both sides decide afterwards, and we consider that fair.

General Questions
Can I submit a speculative application?
Speculative applications are always welcome with us, as we're a constantly growing organisation.
Are the positions on the website still open?
Our website is always kept up to date, so every listed vacancy is current.
What happens to my data?
We process your data internally only and do not pass it on to third parties. Once the process is complete, we delete it after six months at the latest – or, with your consent, we keep your application on file for up to twelve months for other positions (revocable at any time).
What documents should I include with my application?
A short cover note is all we need — just tell us how you found out about us and why you'd like to join our team.
A CV with a brief summary of your most recent roles and your last position.
References and certificates only if you have them – not a requirement for us.
How can I apply?
You'll find an application form in the relevant job listing.
How relevant are my grades?
Yes, we do look at your grades — they show us whether you work thoroughly and stick with things. In the end, though, both matter: you should think clearly and want to get involved. Anyone who still has gaps in their subject knowledge but is there with a good head and real commitment gets a chance with us.
Apprenticeship Questions
When does the apprenticeship start?
The start date is stated in the job advert; if it changes, we'll update it accordingly.
Are apprentices kept on after their training?
With a good to very good final grade, being taken on is guaranteed – that is what we promise, and we stand by it. We actively support you: you take on your own tasks early, you have a dedicated contact person in the assisting team, and you get support before the examinations. But we also expect something in return. Anyone who contributes, thinks along with us and has stuck with it has a secure place with us after the apprenticeship.
