Responsibilities
- You're in direct contact with patients
- You coordinate appointments and answer queries by email or phone
- You're the first point of contact for patients
Your profile
- Completed training as a dental nurse / dental assistant / ZFA (m/f/d), or comparable training with experience on reception
- Career changers with practical experience are welcome
- Experience in reception work is an advantage
- Experience in appointment scheduling and allocation
